The Kenevo is the world’s first and only microprocessor knee designed specifically for users with mobility limitations who need a high level of stability. Its state-of-the-art technology allows users to feel safer and more independent than ever before. With features such as supported sitting down and standing up, Stumble Recovery Plus, Intuitive stance, and the wheelchair function, the Kenevo brings the security of an MPK to those who need it most.

For Users:

  • Three activity mode options that are set by the clinician for mobility progression or regression with varying levels of stance support
  • Safe standing in a variety of everyday situations
  • Improved patient-reported toe clearance
  • Intuitive stance function for quick and stable standing support
  • Reliable stance release with or without walking aids
  • Additional support during descent on ramps/stairs
  • Stumble recovery Plus active throughout entire swing phase

  • Intuitive cycling function for automatic stationary bike use
  • Donning function for safe donning while seated
  • Manual Locking function for additional stability and security as needed
  • Training feedback that provides acoustic signals when certain movement patterns are achieved (e.g. stance release, stance phase flexion, prosthesis loading, and more)
  • Inductive charging unit makes it easier for those with dexterity challenges
  • User-controlled adjustments and select function activation via the Cockpit App

For Professionals:

  • K-Soft (Data Station PC based software) remains available for programming and support of the fitting process.
  • Three activity mode options based on the patient’s mobility level (Modes A, B/B+, C)
    • Maximum standing support with a locked knee (Mode A)
    • Weight Activated Brake function (Mode B/B+)
    • Yielding knee with available Intuitive Stance (Mode C)
  • Broad patient applications including bilateral transfemoral levels, hip disarticulation, and osseointegration**
  • IP22 Rating: protected from objects greater than 12.5mm in size. Not waterproof or corrosion-resistant, but protected from dripping water.

Important Safety Note: Entering a room or area with strong magnetic fields (e.g., MRI) can cause irreparable damage to microprocessor knees. Microprocessor knees should be removed before entering a room or area where strong magnetic fields exist.
