connectgo User App - COMING SOON

connectgo is the new and improved version of the Cockpit app – the end-user app for Ottobock prostheses. With an intuitive design and powerful features, it gives users the control they need, right from their smartphone or tablet. Users can easily adjust certain device settings to match their daily routine and personal needs.

*Additional products will be available for use with connectgo through future updates

How to get started (Users)

1. Download connectgo by Ottobock from your app store (Apple Store for iOS or Google Play for Android)

2. Find the 4-digit Bluetooth-PIN which is provided on the Bluetooth-PIN card of the component to pair the device to the app. Users must contact their CPO if they do not know their Bluetooth-PIN number. CPOs can look up the pin # when connected to the connectgo.pro set-up app, or please contact Ottobock Customer Service if support is needed to retrieve the Bluetooth PIN #.

3. Follow the connection instructions in the app.

Create an Ottobock ID account. Additional features are being added continuously, and may require an Ottobock ID.

Cockpit vs. connectgo vs. connectgo.pro

The existing Cockpit User app will remain available through October 2026. connectgo is a NEW app that must be downloaded separately. It is not an update to the existing Cockpit User app. connectgo is our User app vs. connectgo.pro is our professionals set-up app.
