Michael Pearce, C.P. (c)

Originally from the United Kingdom, Michael gained his technical certification in 1988 after spending four years in a craft apprenticeship program in limb manufacture and repair at J.E. Hanger Co. Ltd in Roehampton, London, England. He then achieved Clinical Prosthetic certification in 1994 after successfully completing a four year program at the London School of Prosthetics. After four years of clinical experience, Michael moved to St. John’s, Newfoundland in 1998 to complete his prosthetic internship gaining Canadian certification in 2001 in Toronto. He then moved to London, Ontario where he continued to practice clinically for four more years, before joining Ottobock in the summer of 2005 as a member of the Canadian PCS team specializing in Lower limb. After 13 years in this position Michael was promoted to Manager of the Canadian PCS team.

Stephane Daviault, C.P. (c)

Stephane Daviault C.P.(c) graduated from College Montmorency. He worked at l’Institut de Réadaptation de Montréal for eight years before moving to Sherbrooke in 1998. There, Stephane continued his clinical practice at the Centre de Réadaptation Estrie for almost 17 years. Stephane has been involved with CBCPO as a Board member as well as an examiner for several years. He also taught prosthetics at College Merici, in Quebec City. He joined Ottobock in February of 2015.
 

Andree-Anne Fortin C.P. (c )

Andrée-Anne Fortin graduated from Collège Montmorency in 1997. She worked at J. Slawner Ltd, a private facility in Montreal, for 22 years. It gave her the opportunity to learn from a rich tradition of mentorship and gain experience both in technical and clinical, in orthotics and prosthetics. She received her Prosthetic Canadian Certification in 2003 and has been involved in different associations and committees, both on the provincial and national level since then. Andrée-Anne joined the Ottobock team in April 2019.
 

 

Diana Lombardi

Diana joined Ottobock in September 2019 as the educational and PCS Coordinator. Before coming to Ottobock, she spent the last seven years as the Clinic Coordinator for Sunnybrook Hospital. Diana received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours from McMaster University and also completed her Canadian Research Ethics and Compliance training in 2018. Before working in the healthcare field, Diana worked as an Event Coordinator for the Toronto Sports and Social Clubs where she gathered sports teams and officiated the games.

 

Josée Mathieu

Josée Mathieu graduated from Montmorency College in 2001 from the Prosthetics and Orthotics program in Québec. She worked at J.E.Hanger in Montreal for almost 10 years, and joined OPC in 2006. Josée spent two and half years in the Middle East, aiding war and landmine survivors. After returning from the Middle East, she lectured at both Merici and Montmorency College in Québec, while she worked at Prosthetics Rehab Center in Lanaudiere (Bouclier) before joining Ottobock in December of 2018.
 

Caroline Sylvestre, C.P. (c)

Senior Silicone Specialist - caroline.sylvestre@ottobock.com

Caroline is the Custom Silicone Specialist at Ottobock Canada. She graduated from College Mérici in 2007 from the Prosthetics and Orthotics program in Quebec. Caroline worked as a technician in the custom silicone lab before joining the Clinical Services team in 2011, where she works directly with clients and their clinicians to help find custom silicone solutions to best fit their needs. Caroline also travels around Canada and the U.S. supporting the Custom Silicone team and product line.
 

Steve Wall R.T.P. (c)

Steve Wall has been an amputee since age 20, after losing his leg in a fluke water-skiing accident in 1987. Since, Steve graduated from the George Brown College Prosthetic technical program in 1997. Upon graduation Steve got his start in Ottawa where he worked for eight years learning and fabricating all levels of Prosthetic devices from Partial feet to Four Quarter Upper extremity devices. For the past fifteen years Steve has led the Central Fabrication lab for Ottobock Canada. He has now moved into his new role as Profession Technical Specialist. In this role he'll spend time facilitating Practical Material courses, socket technology, as well as working with new and current amputees on their use of MPK’s, ProCarve and 3S80 running knees helping them obtain the best performance from their knees. In his free time, Steve trains and races cross country mountain bikes in provincial sanctioned abled body races.
